About
Ainsley attended the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School and has been a licensed massage therapist working in the Austin area for 20 years. She lives in Cedar Park with her husband and 2 dogs. 💜
She looks forward to building her practice and meeting new clients everyday.
She currently offers Swedish, Deep Tissue massage, Trigger point, & customized massage therapy sessions.
Each session is specialized to fit her clients needs. She offers 60 min, and 90 min treatments.

I can say that Ainsley provides the complete ✨experience✨.
I’ve worked at multiple chain massage clinics, been a member at a few for years, until recently.
The massage is focused and intentional, while still remaining incredibly relaxing and whimsical.

I had my first massage session with Ainsley last week, and it was truly the best I've experienced. Ainsley has a very down-to-earth energy that immediately helped me feel safe and at ease. She was very thorough and intentional in preparing for my session—she sat with me and created space for me to share my present needs, asked questions, and briefly reviewed what to expect as well as welcomed me to communicate with her openly about my comfort throughout the session to ensure the best experience.
Once I was on her massage table (which is insanely comfortable!) I sunk in and felt my body relax. Ainsley offers several add-ons to her massages with no additional cost which is so generous. I added hot towels and CBD oil into my session and it was exactly the extra support my body needed. The massage Ainsley provided was the perfect pressure and pace, both relaxing and therapeutic. She was very mindful of any areas I noted that needed extra attention as well as areas I mentioned were more sensitive, and she checked in several times throughout the session regarding my comfort which was appreciated.
After the session she offered me water and hot tea, and checked in with me about how I was feeling. I felt extremely pampered and cared for in this experience, something I haven't had in quite some time. I left not only feeling lighter in my body, but in my mind and soul. I hadn't felt so at peace in my being in such a long while, and that has continued to stay with me over these past several days.
I am so grateful for Ainsley, she is an absolute gift to the world, and I cannot recommend her enough!
