I attended the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School and have been a licensed massage therapist working in the Austin area since 2005. I live in Cedar Park with my husband and 2 dogs. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and checking out new places in Austin.💜
I offer Intentional Massage Therapy and focus on physical, mental, and emotional needs of the client. These sessions can include Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue massage, Trigger point, & Myofascial Release.
I also love incorporating essential oils, CBD, and arnica into my sessions.
