i’ve been seeing ainsley for years and will continue for many more!! she’s so professional and communicative, has great bedside manner, and a beautiful & accessible space (with super easy parking!)

finding an lgbt/queer-friendly massage therapist is daunting and I’m so happy to say she is a VERY inclusive, safe, and welcoming provider for marginalized folks to trust 🖤

I was wounded, the result of a twisting fall a month earlier.
Major knots in the right shoulder inhibiting both neck and arm movement. One was even hiding under the scapula.
Rib pain mid back, right side.
Left foot/heel injury- Baxter’s nerve compression affecting the plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendon.
Ainsley methodically and patiently worked on each area eliminating the knots, then relieving muscle tightness and secondary nerve pain.
This customized approach was exactly what was needed to alleviate the damage caused by a hard, twisting fall that was compounded by ignoring the injuries until the pain was nearly unbearable.
I am returning in a week for a lighter, less therapeutic massage to smooth out (reward) the muscles and ligaments that were previously traumatized.
I plan to add arnica and/or CBD.
Once I recover, I plan to schedule regular massages as a prophylaxis for chronic back issues and for general relaxation.
Regardless your reason for massage therapy, I highly recommend Ainsley
